Converse & Convene is a virtual networking forum moderated by SHEA member experts who will lead and facilitate discussion and collaboration. Participants will be able to share challenges, lessons learned, and gain greater insight not only with their breakout groups but with a larger group discussion directly following and lead by the moderators.

We will begin with an introduction of the topic before moving into breakout rooms. The conversation will focus on the following questions, but please feel free to bring your own questions, ideas, and stories. 

1. What are your biggest impediments in recruiting candidates for your ID fellowship?
2. How has your program’s recruitment strategy shifted with the advent of virtual interviews?
3. Has your program been able to adopt holistic review in your decisions on whom to interview and your rank list?  How?
4. How has your program promoted fellow wellness and how do you advertise that to applicants?
5. How does your program support fellows finding jobs after fellowship and how do you talk about this with applicants?
