Instructions:
Everyone needs to fill out the Course Evaluation and ABIM MOC form (regardless of whether you are claiming it or not).
Certificates will be available for print/download upon completion for the following users:
- AMA PRA Category 1 for ID Physicians ONLY
- ABIM MOC for ID Physicians ONLY
- Certificate of Completion available for all
Note: If you are claiming ABIM MOC, please ensure your SHEA profile is updated with your correct date of birth and ABIM Diplomate number.

ABIM MOC: All CME accredited sessions are also available for all attendees to earn American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Points.
By submitting a claim for ABIM MOC, you hereby give SHEA permission to share MOC data with ACCME.

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC point’s equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
