Managing Gram-Negative Multidrug Resistant Organisms

Please join experts Dr. Nalini Singh and Dr. Sharmila Sengupta as they discuss best practices for managing gram-negative multidrug resistant organisms (MDROs) in low resource settings. The presenters will discuss the global burden of MDROs and relevant World Health Organization guidelines. The presentation will highlight the core components of infection prevention and control programs to reduce the spread of MDROs and address implementation based on available resources. A case-based approach will allow for discussion of problems commonly encountered in the clinical setting. This webinar is intended for those work primarily in low resource settings, as well as epidemiologists and infection preventionists who consult or collaborate with those in low resource settings.
