ABIM MOC STATEMENT

Successful completion of this activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 6.75 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

NURSING CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

This nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by the Virginia Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

PHARMACISTS

The Prevention CHKC continuing education modules for pharmacists have been developed through a joint providership of ProCE, Inc. and SHEA. ProCE is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education (CPE). ACPE Universal Activity Numbers 0221-9999-20-191-H04-P through 0221-9999-20-201-H04-P and 0221-9999-20-206-H04-P through 0221-9999-20-207-H04-P have been assigned to these knowledge-based home-study CE activities (initial release date 3-20-2020). These CPE activities are approved for a total of 6.75 contact hours (0.675 CEU) in states that recognize ACPE providers. Completion of an evaluation and post-test with a score of 100% for each module is required to receive CPE credit. Proof of completion will be posted in NABP CPE Monitor profiles. No partial credit will be given for any individual module.
