This session will focus on applying principles of patient safety culture to engage frontline clinicians in initiatives to reduce HAIs. Specific examples will be used to illustrate the logistics and potential impact of HAI reduction strategies that incorporate collaborative patient safety culture.

Learning Objectives
After participating in this activity, learners will be able to:
- Identify strategies for engaging frontline clinicians in infection prevention initiatives.
- Recognize the characteristics of successful frontline clinician engagement.
