This webinar will help trainees and faculty develop a systematic approach to manuscript review, a key feature of professional development. The presenting faculty will begin with how to respond to the request, how to critically appraise and determine level of acceptance, align evaluation with journal goals, and respond effectively to authors and editors. In addition, suggestions to further enhance skills following initial review will be discussed.
